Ibom Air Apologises to Customers over Flights Delay


The management of Ibom Air has apologised to its customers for not meeting their obligation to airlift them to their destinations as scheduled in November.

The management in their november report said: “Sadly, we stumbled and delivered below our standards and your expectations in November.

The reasons are not important. It’s the results that matter!

“We have gotten up, dusted ourselves and refocused to deliver again on our established standards and your expectations.
