NSE Confers Fellowship On Philanthropist


Uwem Okoko, philanthropist and civil engineer, has been conferred with the Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE) fellowship.

The fellowship was conferred on him during the 19th fellowship Conferment lecture and ceremony held at the Africa Hall, International Conference Center, Abuja. The guest lecturer was Prof. Aliyu Shugab. His lecture was on the theme “Industry and Academia Cooperation For Rural Infrastructure Development”.

The honour bestowed on Okon was for the recognition of his dedication to work and contributions to the engineering profession.

Uwem Okoko is the CEO of HENSEK Integrated Services. He is an old student and former Senior Prefect of QIC Senior Science College, Ndon Eyo.

An alumnus of the prestigious University of Lagos and a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE).

Okoko is also a philanthropist who has over time rendered humanitarian services to thousands of people through his Free Free Medical and Surgical services.
