Etteidung Anietie James V, a royal father and the village head of Ikot Itok in Akwa Ibom State of Nigeria, yesterday started a Facebook dance challenge tagged “#UmoEnoIsComing” as part of his digital strategy to garner support for his long time business associate and the Commissioner for Lands and Water Resources in Akwa Ibom, Pastor Umo Eno Governorship’s aspiration.
According to the royal father, the challenge which is open to all and sundry is expected to create awareness and garner support for Pastor Eno. He says he plans to keep the challenge going for the whole of March 2022. All the participants for the dance challenge are meant to do is to record their dance video with the background song and upload it on the Facebook social media platform with the hashtag “#UmoEnoIsComing”. The person with the highest likes on his or her video will win a cash gift of twenty thousand Naira (#20,000).
The royal father who applauded Pastor Eno’s entrepreneurship skills said he has been successful in employing many Akwa Ibom indigenes in his businesses. He also expressed support for Pastor Eno’s aspirations, citing his dedication and hard work.
Pastor Eno is Governor Udom Emmanuel’s preferred aspirant for the Peoples Democratic Party. He has attracted a lot of attention on social media, since the Governor presented him to a select group of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftains, at the Government House, Uyo last month. He is a successful entrepreneur and the CEO of Royalty Group, a firm with interests in hospitality, manufacturing, and the oil and gas sector. He is also a pastor at All Nations Christian Ministry International, a non-denominational Church where he oversees the Bridge of Hope, an arm of the Ministry that offers free medical services to the host community.
